Because our wax melts are made from wax and may be affected by temperature changes during transportation, minor cosmetic changes may occur during shipping, including small cracks, surface imperfections, frosting, or slight changes in appearance.

These natural or temperature-related changes generally do not affect the fragrance or performance of the product.

If an order arrives with significant damage that prevents the product from being used, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
