Our Commitment

At Xolotlan Home, every wax melt is handcrafted in small batches with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy the fragrance in your home.

Returns

Because our products are handcrafted fragrance wax melts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, melted, or tested.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review the order and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Wax Melt Appearance

Because wax melts are made from natural soy wax and are sensitive to temperature changes, minor cracks, surface imperfections, frosting, small chips, or slight changes in appearance may occur during shipping.

These natural variations do not affect the fragrance or performance of the wax melt and are not considered defects.

However, if your product arrives with significant damage that prevents you from using it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider the necessary processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Handcrafted Products

Each Xolotlan Home wax melt is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and finish may occur from one batch to another. These variations are part of the character of a handcrafted product and do not affect its quality or fragrance performance.
